Great Moose in History...

Florence Moosingale
Florence Moosingale was born to a wealthy, well-connected British family at the Villa Colombaia in Italy. Inspired by what she understood to be a 'divine calling' throughout her life, Moosingale made a commitment to nursing. This demonstrated a strong will on her part, and also a rebellion against the expected role for a moose in society, which was to become an obedient addition to the local zoo, or safari park. In those days, nursing was a career with a poor reputation, filled mostly by poorer women not so much large antler-laden animals.

Disappointed, the son contemplated eating the animal, but the moose bargains with him, promising him riches in return for a bag and a pair of boots. The moose then joins a tap-dancing acadamy in london town leaving the son to starve to death.

Wolfgang Amadeus Moozart
Moozart was a prolific and highly influential composer of Classical music. His enormous output of more than six hundred compositions includes works that are widely acknowledged as pinnacles of symphonic, chamber, piano, operatic, and choral music. despite the obvious drawbacks of having hooves instead of hands Moozart is among the most enduringly popular of European composers, and many of his works are part of the standard concert repertoire, as well as being rather snazzy too.

led Italy from 1922 to 1943. He created a fascist state through the use of state terror, propaganda and his mighty antlers. His entry into World War II on the side of Nazi Germany made Italy a target for Allied attacks and ultimately led to his downfall and death.

The 3 Mooseketeers (Les Trois Mooseketeers)
is a novel by Alexandre Dumas. It recounts the adventures of a young moose called d'Artagnan after he leaves home to become a mooseketeer. D'Artagnan is not one of the mooseketeers of the title; those are his friends Athos, Porthos, and Aramis.

Ludwig von Moose
Some Swiss dude no one's ever heard of. But still great.

Moostapha III
Sultan of the Ottoman empire in the eighteenth century.

John de Moussy
(probably) A French philospher, who bored people to tears (maybe) with his great (it's all subjective really isn't it?) theories.

Mooses
Often misspelt as "Moses".
